서비스 제공자는 앱 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 아래와 같이 수집·이용·보관합니다. 앱을 설치하고 이용함으로써 본 방침에 동의하는 것으로 간주합니다.

앱은 이름, 전화번호, 이메일, 계정 정보, 연락처, 사진, 통화기록 등 이용자를 직접 식별할 수 있는 정보를 일절 수집하지 않습니다. 회원가입 절차가 없으며 광고 식별자를 수집하지 않습니다.
서비스 제공자는 수집한 정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 대여하지 않습니다. 정보가 단말 밖으로 나가는 경우는 다음 두 가지뿐입니다.
앱이 이용하는 제3자 서비스의 방침은 다음에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
앱은 센서와 연결된 동안 측정이 끊기지 않도록 포그라운드 서비스를 실행합니다 (권한: FOREGROUND_SERVICE_CONNECTED_DEVICE). 이 서비스는 이용자가 센서 연결을 시작한 경우에만 동작하며, 실행 중에는 상태 표시줄에 알림이 계속 표시됩니다. 알림의 중지 버튼이나 앱 내 연결 해제로 언제든 종료할 수 있고, 연결이 끊긴 뒤 15분간 재연결에 실패하면 자동으로 종료됩니다. 백그라운드에서도 수집하는 정보의 범위는 위 1항과 동일하며, 추가로 수집하는 항목은 없습니다.
이용자는 Android 설정에서 언제든 앱의 위치·블루투스·알림 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다. 권한을 철회하면 해당 기능은 제한되지만 앱 이용 자체가 중단되지는 않습니다. 서버 전송 기능은 앱 화면의 전송 버튼으로 언제든 끌 수 있습니다.
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동으로부터 의도적으로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
서비스 제공자는 수집되는 정보를 보호하기 위해 물리적·기술적으로 합리적인 조치를 취합니다. 다만 인터넷을 통한 전송이나 전자적 저장 방식에 절대적인 보안은 존재하지 않으므로 완전한 안전을 보장할 수는 없습니다.
본 방침은 법령이나 서비스 내용의 변경에 따라 수정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지에 게시합니다. 이용자는 본 페이지를 주기적으로 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

The Application collects the following information solely to provide its measurement features. It does not collect any directly identifying personal information such as name, phone number, e-mail address, contacts, photos, or account credentials, and it has no sign-up process.
The Service Provider does not sell or rent collected information. Data leaves the device only in two cases: (a) to a server whose address, port and interval the user enters and enables themselves — the upload feature is off by default; and (b) to Mapbox, to render map tiles for the coordinates shown on screen. See the privacy policies of Google Play Services and Mapbox.
While connected to a sensor, the Application runs a foreground service (FOREGROUND_SERVICE_CONNECTED_DEVICE) so that measurements are not interrupted when the user switches apps or turns off the screen. It starts only after the user connects to a sensor, always shows a persistent notification, can be stopped at any time from that notification or by disconnecting in the app, and stops automatically if reconnection fails for 15 minutes. No additional data is collected in the background.
The connected sensor address, the user-entered server settings and the selected channels are stored only on the user's device. The Service Provider does not store readings or location data on its own servers. Uninstalling the Application, or clearing its data in Android settings, deletes this stored information. Data delivered to a user-specified server is governed by the operator of that server.
You may revoke the location, Bluetooth and notification permissions at any time in Android settings; the related features will be limited but the Application will continue to run. The upload feature can be turned off at any time from the button in the app.
The Application is not directed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
The Service Provider takes commercially reasonable physical and technical measures to safeguard the information processed. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
